What are the Best Productive Apps to Boost your Workflow?
I used to be a DJ, back in my high school days. I used to go to a recording studio when I was just a teenager, in order to learn the craft. It was something I really wanted to do. It was almost like a calling for me. I wasn’t a big fan of singing and dancing on stage, so playing live to a crowd was my first love. Once I started to work in the business, I got better. I was able to transition into recording artists, instead of DJs. Although my day job has changed over the years, my passion for music hasn’t. I still love to listen to it, and it makes me so happy to work on music with my students. As you can imagine, this passion led me down the path to entrepreneurship.
How do these apps work to boost your workflow?

What is the time of day you should use the app?
For me, 7 a.m. is the best time to work. That’s when I’m least tired. At 3 p.m., I feel like I need an extra half hour of sleep. I have to think through what I need to get done and divide my day into segments. My first session might be checking Twitter and Facebook, checking email, checking out headlines, and responding to a couple of messages. The first 10 minutes are for food and coffee, and that’s where I’ll check the news. I might also check my bank account, see how much money I have for my next paycheck, and update my bank account to show how much money I have on the app. I’ll have another 30 minutes or so to look at some of my news feeds and catch up on some things I missed during the morning, and then I’ll have 30 minutes or so before I start my next session.
